      Entretien

      The interview process that I recently experienced involved three rounds and an assessment, and I must say that it was a very professional and efficient process. The entire process was transparent, well-structured and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience while also giving me a clear understanding of the company's values and expectations. I also appreciated very much that there was a strong focus on the human factor. The first round of the interview process was a video interview with the senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who asked general questions about my background, experience, and motivations. This round was a good opportunity to learn more about the company and the role I was applying for, and to get a sense of the company's culture and values. Second, as per company policy, I had to do an assessment. I would have rather done a case study which in my view would have showcased how my expertise would contribute to reaching business objectives. Nevertheless, the assessment process was also very clear, concise and efficient. The third round was a video interview with the global hiring manager, which was more in-depth and focused on my technical skills and experience. The interviewer was well-prepared and asked challenging questions that helped me to demonstrate my knowledge and experience in the field. This round gave me a clear understanding of the role's requirements and responsibilities, and how my skills would be utilized within the company. It also provided me with a sense of the person behind the business. The fourth and last round was an interview with the regional director. This interview in particular focused on me as a person and how my skills could contribute to regional objectives. Again, I appreciated the open and transparent style of interview which gave me the opportunity to learn about leadership, business challenges, person behind the position, and organisational structure. I felt well-prepared and confident, thanks to the previous rounds of the interview process. The regional director was very professional, to the point about his strategic approach, and gave me a clear idea of the company's vision and goals, which made me more excited about the opportunity to join the team. Overall, I am very impressed with the interview process! I would highly recommend this process to any job seeker, as it is a great way to assess your own abilities while also learning about the company you are applying to join.
