Don’t waste your time with this company. I applied for a position and asked to speak to recruiter about salary ranges before I spent time completing assessment tests. I have a personal rule I won’t take these tests before confirming with recruiting the job meets some minimum qualifications. Didn’t even get a reply back from their so called recruiting department just an automated survey. Glad you are so sure of yourselves and your process! Also glad I didn’t waste my time on aptitude tests when it’s so obvious your company lacks so much professionalism. Imagine the way they treat their employees if this is how they treat prospects

From the very beginning the communication from this company was top tier. The recruiter, Richard, answered me quickly, worked with my schedule, and gave me a lot of good information about the company before I began the interview process. I will say that they are VERY thorough. They know what they’re looking for and it shows. I had one prescreen with HR, took the CCAT & Personality assessment, met with the hiring manager, the director, had a panel conversation with different team members, and finally demoed a product. They even offered two one on one prep sessions with the manager to make sure I was prepared. I’m coming up on two weeks here, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!
