On Zoom, basic questions of an interview, what do you know about the store, product knowledge, experience with customer service, tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult situation and how you fixed it, etc.

They ask you lots of behavioural questions from a question bank, the interview was about 30 minutes long in total. Very average difficulty and standard customer service questions.
