The interview was essentially just a conversation where the manager explained the job to me. Very little was asked of me regarding my past job experience or what I could potentially bring to the table. After the "interview" I was told that I would be hearing from the HR person. One week after the interview, I followed up with HR and was told they were still conducting interviews and they would let me know one way or the other. It has now been over three months. I have heard nothing and my applications still says it is under review on their website.
