I applied online. First round of video call HR screening was scheduled. They wanted someone who can perform the role of project manager, business analyst( to write stories) & scrum master. Recruiter asked few general questions & somewhat technical questions like “Please elaborate the API projects you worked on” I’m not quite sure if he expected me to explain the technical stuffs. He mentioned that he will get back to me in a week time. After the call, I felt like it wasn’t the opportunity for me. However I followed up after a week, it’s been over a month & never got a response. Overall job responsibilities weren’t clearly defined, poor candidate experience & no professionalism.
