Very succinct. Less than an hour. Doing the FULL questionnaire before my interview made it very smooth and I had an offer that day. Then comes the hiring contract interview. You have several choices. Pay close attention.

Whole process is done by VA’s that don’t speak good English so have fun. You never meet anyone in the company and everything is over phone so you don’t find out their illegitimacy. Very easy interview, anybody can apply and get accepted. They don’t tell you that though. You basically are asked a 10-30 question questionnaire and based on how you answer the questions you may be granted an interview, and they determine your guaranteed income from the answers to the questionnaire. Only good reading skills are required to get the job. And the interview after the questionnaire is complete softball yes or no questions or why should we hire you type of questions. They are partnered with a “training company” called SMTA that doesn’t contribute to anything besides stealing your money for “training” which includes a few videos and half a day in Dallas with someone that works in the field. Be ready to surrender $1000 for the training and don’t expect to get it back like they claim. “The right person” is the person that’s willing to pay that $1000 for the SMTA training which they say guarantees you the better territory and preset appointments (and the amaaaazing training). They’ll have you on the phone while you pay so you’re more likely to do it. Neither Buffett nor SMTA have any online presence at all and the leaders are incognito on social media as well. They say that not everyone is right for the job but have YouTube videos where they invite anyone to apply, but you’ll never find them on indeed, zip recruiter, or the BBB. Why? Because it’s an illegitimate company. Look how defensively the company responds to the bad reviews on this site. I was hungry to change my life and their email popped up and I explored it. Invested the $1000 and was told if I didn’t want the optimal territory/preset appointments/training I could get my money back. So I read reviews and did research on the company and got skeptical. Asked for my money back and they stopped responding to me. Still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve since received 3 or 4 of the same recruiting emails in my spam (I didn’t mark them spam either) so clearly these are all red flags. So hopefully I can save some folks some money and trouble that are reading this. Do your research before you reach for the wallet. Buffett, if you’re reading this, you really let me down.

It was your typical laundry list of questions that were generic uninteresting and bland. The interviewer appeared to be reciting a script that was redorded for quailty purposes. It also appeared as though I was a part of an interview group as I could hear other individuals reciting the same pablum.
