Had a sit down with the area manager who asked questions about my past experience, food and beverage costs from some previous jobs. He asked about my educational experience and about references. The whole interview lasted maybe 1 hour but the time to get back with an offer was around 2 months as it was for a new store still under construction.

Multiple day of interviews with managers and regional managers. I also had to take tests and do a 1 shift follow to make sure I knew what I was talking about as well as understanding what the job would entail.
