J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Buffalo Exchange (Washington, DC) en août 2015
Entretien
The first round of interviews was informational and casual, and the manager asked general questions about my work experience, why I wanted to work with Buffalo Exchange, and my understanding of fashion and current trends. The second round of interviews was more technical and asked me to pick five pieces in the store within a category (ie; women's dresses) that would sell quickly and five pieces that wouldn't. Then I had to explain why, based off the style, current trends, quality of the piece, etc. I also did this again with clothes that were boxed but not on the floor. Overall, the managers were friendly, engaging, and just trying to gauge how much I knew about fashion and how much I was willing to learn.
Questions d'entretien [1]
