J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Buffalo Exchange (Brooklyn, NY) en mai 2011
Entretien
Three interviews
1st they interview you to make sure you are interested in fashion and ask you questions like blogs you follow or magazines you read as well as your past retail experience.
2nd interview they have you pull clothing items from the floor and ask you about they, prices, if you would buy them into the store, condition, etc. during this interview they also want to make sure that you are a fun personable person preferably with a big personality.
3rd interview means they want to hire you. This is after they have called and checked your references (so make sure you give them references who will respond quickly). They will formally offer you the job and give you the pay rate. Some will start you on this day as well.

Entretien
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
