I arrived at the court street office at my scheduled interview time. Instead of an interview, I was subjected to about 1.5 hours of irrelevant aptitude tests and then a urine drug test. After almost 2 hours of being there after the scheduled interview time, they then sent me to another location in Tonawanda 10 minutes away to interview with the owner. I waited 20 minutes for the owner to meet me. He was very unkempt and unprofessional in his behavior. He lectured me for about 45 minutes without me getting a word in edgewise. He then offered me a job on the spot, which I accepted. The interview process here took up about 3 hours and they never actually interviewed me.

I’ve never felt more disrespected in my entire life.
Never thought I’d think about leaving a place mid-interview.
No amount of money would make me put myself into this situation further.
Tried selling me on another job position that I didn’t even apply for, then got extremely defensive/aggressive when asked about the original job applied for.
Unprofessional, disjointed, judgmental.
Not even counting the 2hrs I was there filling out meaningless paperwork, aptitude tests, & and DRUG TEST…

Entretien
Went to interview dressed professionally. I girl with a sweatshirt and leggings wearing converse sneakers had me go into a bathroom to take a urine drug test. I didnt care because I knew I would pass it, but im pretty sure its illegal as it wasnt done at a drug testing site? I dont know! I then had to take 2 tests aptitude tests. I then almost 2 hours later met with owner who was wearing jeans! There were 6 positions open and im assuming many applicants. I did not get chosen and obviously none else did as the ad is back up!! Very glad I did not get the jobs as I have read many reviews that the owner is unruly!
