I applied via my school's career site. A few days later I received an email to schedule a phone screening. During the phone screening I had a typical conversation comprised of what the company does, what I'm looking for out of a role/company and if I had any questions. While on the call, they set up time to visit their office which is actually in Midtown (Not Buckhead).
During my first face to face I sat down with one of the managing partners. We had a very informal conversation where I was told more about the role, a "typical" day for a Business Account Consultant (Which is a salesperson). We briefly talked about my experiences and had some very basic behavioral interview questions such as when is a time I had to manage a client and when is a time I had to convince someone to us a product or service offering I had.
At the end of the face-to-face they scheduled the next step, which is to spend the entire day with a salesperson (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM). We scheduled the shadow day but I did not follow through as I had accepted another offer already.

They refer to interviewees as "warm bodies" aka they will hire anyone who applies. You will go to a 10 minute interview at first. They will ask you typical interview questions to make it seem legit. Then you will get invited to a second interview where you will shadow a rep for a whole day. The rep you shadow that is "interviewing" you will most likely have been in the business a few weeks themselves. After the shadow interview, they take you back to the office for your "final interview." If you hadn't run for the hills yet, they will inevitably offer you a position.

BBC reached out to me via email and called me for a phone interview. Post basic phone interview questions I was invited for an in person interview. I had the chance to read the information on their website prior to the phone interview and wasn't able to infer what the position entailed as much as I would have liked but after speaking with one of their recruiters, I realized I'd basically be a solicitor in the form of a door to door sales person. Just graduated college and the idea that they train you on everything you'll need to know(as stated on the website and phone interview) was VERY appealing, I respectfully had to decline as this position seems as though there is more gray area about the job than I am led to believe.
