Basic interview for the first round then I was asked to come back for a working interview. After reading some reviews on the company I called to confirm the job position and compensation and was assured that there is a base salary and that the position is not solely commission based, which I later learned at the working interview that they HIGHLY recommend/push you to chose the full commission salary opposed to the base salary + commission. I also inquired if this was a "door to door" sales position and the woman I spoke with avoided giving me a real answer and chalked the position up to being customer interaction and that I would be following up with previous customer not pitching products to new customers. I went on the working interview and it turned out to be my worse nightmare of a job. Door to door (there tern is business to business) sales with w FULL commission salary. Also something very strange from the working interview at the beginning of the day they mentioned that the day would go as follows: I shadow them as they visit business and watch the customer interaction and to hold any questions I had until after lunch and they literally meant that. They would not answer any questions I had they would just refer me to hold on to the questions until after lunch then they could answer any and all questions then. Just plain weird! Needless to say I did not accept there offer. Starting off with a company that lies to you in the interview does not sit well with me.

Came in for an interview and there were 5 other people interviewing right ahead of me. The job is selling office furniture door to door to other businesses. They were veryquiet about what the job actually was until the interview, Not worth my time.
