Quick, similar to the application on website, the manager was/is very laid back. He also quickly interviewed me over the phone, similar to the application. Was fairly easy and not difficult to complete. They did take into consideration that i was finishing up high school and worked with me for when I could start working.

Hiring event. Waited in line for 2 hours and then made it to the second round of interviews. Also waited 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a very long process and it was for part time work so many people couldn’t stay for long.

The interview was very straight forward. You get interviewed by two separate managers and most of the interview is simple questions such as “why do you want to work at Buc-ee’s?”

Good experience overall. Very relaxed and personal. Felt more like getting to know me than trying to hire me. I really enjoyed it and will likely take the job. Great company with solid management.
