Easy, two parter. First with store and department manager, second with district manager. Mine weren't intimidating and asked average questions about yourself, work history, a time when you showed leadership, and a time you made a mistake and what you did to correct it.

Received a call, then came in for an interview. Lasted around 30 minutes. Basic questions about me, past jobs, situations that happened. Standard interview questions. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
