Easy interview once called in I got the job and started working the next week had training at another facility but eventually worked at the league city location. I did not like my general manger but the pay was fine for what I was doing.

Hiring event. Waited in line for 2 hours and then made it to the second round of interviews. Also waited 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a very long process and it was for part time work so many people couldn’t stay for long.

The interview was very straight forward. You get interviewed by two separate managers and most of the interview is simple questions such as “why do you want to work at Buc-ee’s?”

Good experience overall. Very relaxed and personal. Felt more like getting to know me than trying to hire me. I really enjoyed it and will likely take the job. Great company with solid management.
