The hiring process takes a while because of the online certifications but, the interview process felt relaxed and the manager was really kind and made me feel less nervous. I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes before I actually got to interview though.

Hiring event. Waited in line for 2 hours and then made it to the second round of interviews. Also waited 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a very long process and it was for part time work so many people couldn’t stay for long.

The interview was very straight forward. You get interviewed by two separate managers and most of the interview is simple questions such as “why do you want to work at Buc-ee’s?”

Good experience overall. Very relaxed and personal. Felt more like getting to know me than trying to hire me. I really enjoyed it and will likely take the job. Great company with solid management.
