Applied through University. The process took 2+ weeks. One round with both Technical and HR. They asked about basics of telecommunications networking. Uplinks and downlinks. HR round about interest in company and working.
Initially the contacted for scheduling an interview for internship role. I prepared and gave the interview. The person asking the questions was well-spoken and even asked me if I had any questions. The interview was smooth.
