Why did you decide to leave your previous employer
I felt the interview process could be more structured and focused on assessing candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Some questions did not appear directly related to the position, and there were communication challenges during the interview that made the discussion less effective. I believe a more professional and standardized interview process would create a better candidate experience and help ensure fair evaluation of all applicants.
