2) Online Aptitude test at home. 20-30minutes.
3) One hour In person interview with the broker. Meet and interview with the broker’s team and other office members

Phone interview, 2 assessments and then an in person interview. After that, I was ghosted for nearly a month before I got a call saying they didn’t select me. This was after the hiring manager continued to hint at wanting to hire me within the interview.

Smooth and Easy, phone interview followed by in person interview with the team members I would be joining, including IQ test and personality test. Quickly followed up by HR with an offer.
