One phone interview, asked about my experience with mentorship and how I set aside time for self-care and my past experience as a participant in the program. Overall was a very relaxed interview. Heard back from them within two weeks.
Group interview, asked to come up with a few different activities together. The staff was caring and listening, and made us specifically think of intro events to have the students go through during the first night of arrival for the pre-college program.
