There was no live interaction. They had several questions needing answers - some are recorded as a video. Answers to some of these questions are already in the resume.
It was a huge waste of time - ultimately the hiring manager picks the video he liked as opposed to ..... No respect for their hiring process despite the admin are doing a good job.
It took awhile to receive feedback from my interviews but it's extremely professional. The questions are behavioral based and very detailed. Depending on the step of the interview process, it was mixture of video, one-on-one and panel styled interviews.
