The interview process is extremely thoughtful, involving HR and a variety of individuals in different positions with different viewpoints. It clearly demonstrates a desire to ensure a well-rounded, team-oriented candidate that will fit the culture and technical requirements. HR coordinated and communicated in some ways exceeding my expectations, being highly available and very transparent, but also working to ensure success by the company as well as by the candidate (me)!
