I met with a few recruiters at my university's career fairs and earned an in-person interview at my college with the market director of Tampa. After my first interview, I earned a second interview down at the Tampa office with the market director and a few employees. The interviews were very conversational and informative.

What made you interested in this role/Why Brooksource?
short. not interesting. Was late in coming to the interview. Was ok nice but
seemed impatient and distracted. I have been on a lot of interview and really appreciate great interviewers. This was not one of them. I do not know if this is typical.

Interview was very casual in style, felt like a normal conversation. Maybe 15-20 minutes long, expect to be asked the usual questions i.e. tell us about yourself, your experience, about the company.

Entretien
Video call interview followed with a visit to the office. Everyone was super friendly and it was a great way to get introduced to the office. I really appreciated how they explained everything to me including the salary breakdown.
