The interview process is short and simple. They ask if you work well with kids and like books. The tell you if you are chosen on the spot. The people where nice.

Asking questions about previous experience with organization, etc. Pretty quick and casual. They have multiple people interviewing at the same time in the same room. Although I did not get the position the process was friendly and very easy to complete.
