I applied for a role with Brookfield Properties in August 2025. The process took about 3-4 weeks and included an initial HR screening, an in-person interview with the Assistant General Manager on-site, and a virtual interview with the Compliance Manager. The interview with the AGM was incredible! Easily one of the best professional conversations l've had. I also got a tour of the building, which was incredible. Everyone I spoke with was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about the company. That said, I was a bit disappointed not to receive an offer, especially since the role was described as “urgent” and has since been reposted multiple times. It's a little confusing from a candidate perspective, but overall I left the process with a positive impression of the team and culture.
