They test you before the interview. Then you interview with potential supervisors, and direct managers. I felt it was a very good experience over all. I liked the people and the impression I had was that it would be a good place to work. What made the interview a little difficult was just providing many examples of a variety of situations. My suggestion would be to be ready for any possible question. I was offered the position, but did not accept.
