It is a one on one interview, usually with the Director of Food Beverage department (if applying for a job in their dining room.) Followed by a couple minutes of small talk, they will then tell you what your job description will be, along with a few personal questions, followed by a packet of paperwork that they will send you home with and then once completed you bring the packet back. Also be prepared to take a drug test, the company used to do it randomly but now each applicant is required to get a drug test which the company pays for, along with having to give consent of a background check. Then, if they are hiring you will usually get a call a couple days later for an orientation meeting with all the new applicants, from all departments of the building and undergo several hours of sensitivity training for those with physical and mental limitations as well as training on work place conduct.

I went in and interviewed for about 30 minutes. Then, they basically hired me and had me try on extra uniforms. Then, they said that I would begin working the next day.
