The interview process is pretty simple. You’ll interview with 2 managers, a desk manager and our General Sales Manager. They’re really easy going and really nice individuals. You’ll want to pay real close attention to the pay and work schedule whereas they are not talked heavily about. I would talk to sales reps while you’re at the dealership to form a solid opinion if it’s a place you’d like to work
