It was easy interview ....the interviewer was quite calm and friendly. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.Indeed it was a good interview experienceMoving to the compensation part, the company remuneration structure is just okay with decent bonus and variable pays. Points to be noted that bonus can vary greatly on the basis of Business Unit's yearly performance. On-site opportunities are also available depending on the projects and your performance.

it was a 5-10 minute interview, the Interviewer made me comfortable and was smiling all the time, he asked me to write code to print hello world, it sounds riticulus, i know, It's like it was a formality for them to take interviews and then reject

It was an on campus hiring, i got shortlisted for the second round which is an one on one technical interview the questions asked were mostly from my resume and i was asked the leetcode famous question "two-sum"
