Have to wait for long hours and some times have to visit for multiple days confirmation will be given after a long period of time.
Compensation is not satisfactory, no proper hikes and appraisals.

Interview is very easy. Basis questions they ask regarding your education for fresher job. Good place to learn and grow. But salary they offer is less for freshers. I have spent here nearly 3 years.
