Was first interviewed by a headhunter. Found out that I was only a freshmen in college. Yet, the headhunter still sent my resume to Broadcom HR. I was given a call the next day asking me to go into the office for an office interview. Was given a few tasks to complete to test my English ability and my data entry skills. A few days later, I was given another call saying that the head of HR of Taiwan wanted to meet up with me for a last interview. She just wanted to make sure that I was willing to learn even if I had no experience whatsoever.
The interview process involved a panel interview with a group of HR employees and a test was administered towards the end to test knowledge on scheduling. The overall experience was smooth and quick

The interview process I thought was very thorough. I met with a panel of interviewers and was tested during the interview process. I received feedback fairly quickly and the onboarding process was very smooth.
