An Off-Campus placement and the interview and hiring process was smooth.
Consisted of two rounds:
1. Written Round (pen and paper based)
2. Interview Round (face to face)
1. The written round was of above average level, you need to have your basics clear. The questions were General Aptitude ( 14 Questions), C Programming ( 16 Question), Other Technical questions - O.S, Networking, DLD (10 questions)
Out of around 250 candidates 44 were selected for interview round.
2. There was only one technical round, Interviewer right away gave me a problem statement to solve. I used C language and dynamic array of linked list as a data structure. Other questions were based Operating system, computer networking, digital logic questions like binary to decimal conversion, subnetting etc.
I was confident during the interview even if I was stuck in an answer. After a week I got an email from the Placement Cell of the interview hosted college that six students were selected and I was one of them. Around 20 days have passed I have not recieved any official update from the company yet. They said to give the joining in September 2017 in Pre-Placement talk.
This was a contract based position for one year and the compensation 4 LPA. But they also mentioned that this recruitment is done via a 3rd party vendor and contractual basis which is usually renewed if employee is willing to but who knows what the truth is.
I am from AKTU and have no offers yet so Hope I get this one soon :)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit operating system and what this 32 bit or 64 bit means?
The process consisted of 2 rounds of python, and then 3 hour long virtual panel interview. The final panel interview consisted of your experience and python coding questions. The python coding questions are usually string manipulation. The initial python coding questions are just object oriented questions and syntax.
1hr interview process and the vacancies was fixed for the candidates who were having recommendation. There was a written test of 60mins to filter candidates in first round it was pretty easy but selection depended fully on interviewer.
