It took a whole day. Each session 45 min with two persons. Mainly technical questions. The bar is pretty high and you'll need to be very clear about what you have in your resume. Also be prepared about the basics of the WLAN communications.

First a phone screening with a few technical questions, then onsite to meet the whole team.
The interview was very technical but they still asked a few behavioral questions. No questions about the standard just on the fundamentals.
