A panel of three people took it in turns to ask questions and follow up questions. They returned to my previous answers and repeated certain questions, such as 'why are you applying for this post?'
The interview process was friendly, however interview questions focused mostly on experience in research and training closely related to language testing. 2 interviewers participated, they welcomed my questions for them
