Form Submission followed by Online Video Interview once shortlisted. 3 Friendly Interviewers and finished the online interview within 20 mins and proceeded to the next stage of an automated video interview submission.

Tell us about Yourself. Share a challenge faced during your teaching experience. Describe your teaching style.
Few months waiting for vetting checks. So it took a while to get through the interview and all the background checks, took 6 months until I could start working after the online interview.
It's a long process and quite complicated if completing for the first time. However, it's very standardised which means it's fair. You receive the overview if their teaching standards before the interview.

Entretien
Very positive and friendly. The process was well explained and the interview was divided into 3 parts. The panel was nice and I had an opportunity to ask questions at the end, as well as add more information to my answers.
