Extensive question about your past and current skills. The interview is straightforward but thorough, covering a wide range of topics in detail. While the questions are clear and accessible, they require thoughtful responses, ensuring a comprehensive discussion. It’s easy to follow yet still demands depth and insight.

“How would you handle a disruptive student in the classroom?”
A 1-hour online interview with 3 parts: self-introduction, english test and problem-solving test focusing on how to deal with conflict with colleagues, with students, and with parents. Moreover, we also have to do 4 mandatory tests after the interview.

Entretien
Individual interview in full English. Self introduction first and then the interviewers asked scenarios on handling young children and whether I had experience in dealing with children. It took months to process the police check after offering me the position.
