Split into 3 parts: - Presentation/Meeting Simulation - Group Exercise - Interview It is mainly based on your technical abilities for the role such as the ability to analyse data and develop a strong argument based on your findings. Competency-based interview questions; would be great to have a range of examples ready because you will need them.

Online assessment first and then had a half day group Interview, which consisted of a presentation task, a group task and individual interviews.
Presentation task involved reading through a information booklet and choosing the best sustainable initiatives to invest into.
