Role play, scenario in customer service, group session to see if you can work in team and face to face interview in the end about competency questions. The important is not find a solution to very difficult situations in role play but they want to see if you are emotionally resilient and if you remain calm even under stress and pressure. In the group session that want to see if you want to be the leader or if you don't talk at all or if you manage work well in a team without being bossy and bully.

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.

Tell us about a time you went above and beyond at work
Firstly we did get right to work checked and arm reach check. Then we were separated into few groups and did group interview. Then the selected candidates were called for role play, reading PA script and one to two interview.
