Online application took approx 20 minutes filling out forms Online assessment took approx 40 minutes; spotting differences between two sets of a mixture of numbers and letters Online reference pack for security checks took approx 30 minutes Telephone interview took approx 15 minutes; Why do you want to work for BA? What do you expect what you are going to do? Why is customer service is important? How can you provide great customer service? Assessment day took approx 3 hours. All documents had to be copied before attending and carry copies and originals along. Around 30 people attended the day and been split into groups of fives. Started with an icebreaker, then was given a situation where you had to note down the problems and how you would solve them. After there was a teamwork exercise where you had to discuss everything in advance as no communication was allowed between team members through the exercise and had to find your team's parcels checking the labels in a certain amount of time. The time has been shortened a few times during the exercise to rise pressure and to see how team members cooperate. Last exercise was to check the give inventory sheet with the found parcels details and to spot the differences. After receiving the documents back we were free to go. Although the recruitment process is fairly quick (around 3 to 4 weeks to offer), to start with the company is an absolute nightmare. Really easy processe,I did my over micro soft teams. Noticed that the most important thing to mention is safety, I always refer back to it in the interview. Mention how safety was also important in your last job
