Virtual video interview, including written assessments. Best thing about this was you were given unlimited opportunities to re-record your answers.
Assessment centre at BA HQ. A good day consisting of a group case exercise, individual case study, and individual interview with two members of staff.
Assessment Centre - consisted of a group meeting (you're given some information to read over for 15 minutes prior) and then have a meeting for about 15 minutes while being observed. Secondly there is a presentation you deliver to two people from the company and then a largely competency based interview with two people. The order might be different but this is the structure.
