I applied online and heard back around 1.5 months later. I had a telephone interview with 2 members of the team which was quick and pleasant. Interviewers were friendly but it did take a few weeks to know whether I got through to the next stage. I did get through to the second stage where I had to go to the Heathrow and have a face-to-face interview with 2 members of the team. I had to go to a room where I had 30 minutes to prepare a presentation, followed by around 7 questions about my experience. Again, it took a couple of weeks to hear back, and unfortunately, although I didn't find the interviews particularly hard (although I was very nervous) and knew I was more than capable, I didn't get the job. Surprisingly, there is no opportunity to get any feedback- which I would really have liked (especially after hanging on so long)
