One stage interview with presentation and competency based interview. The hiring panel were very pleasant and welcoming however shame about the rest of the experience. Felt like a number and actually never spoke to a person until the interview. They refused to give feedback and advised that a data request must be submitted. Terrible experience and would never work for them should I ever be given the opportunity. When did organisations stop giving feedback? How is someone meant to know how to improve? The responses on email when requesting feedback were also very blunt and not what I would expect. Customer service should be at their forefront but it seems to be forgotten when dealing with their candidates.
