      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez British Airways (Heathrow, England) en avr. 2018

      Entretien

      Applied online, no online assesments, no video interview, just got an email saying I was invited to the Assesment day. Took a rail air bus (£21), BA did not offer to cover costs, all other companies assesment days covered costs of travel. Waiting in the lobby at the Waterside building, between 35-40 applicants were invited to the Assesment day, it really was like cattle stock. We were all given name badges and they collected our documents such as passports and bank statements. Put into colour coded groups (10 per group). Given a presentation by BA staff on the company and about the apprenticeship. After this we (all 40 of us) waited in the waiting area in the assesment centre, for about an hour. No news from anyone at all, just waiting. Finally a lady came and took 2 groups and left the other 2 waiting in the waiting area for another half an hour, then 2 groups came back and swapped. First was a "interview" I put in quotation marks because it wasn't really an interview, complete waste of time. 10 tables dotted around the room with 2 assesors on each table, had 10 minutes with one table and then sent to the next one. Assessors kept looking behind me as if not interested, very rude and looked bored, couldn't create a connection with assessors, just had to move to another table 3 times. Then we were brought back to the waiting area and waited another 30 minutes. Taken to another room where a lady mumbled something like "sorry for the wait we were arranging the tables" Group/roleplay task and then written test where we had to circle grammar mistakes and write a letter. That was the end of the day. Spent most of the day waiting around rather than doing any sort of interviewing or activities. The time set was 8:45am-12 noon, ended up finishing around 1:10pm. Around 40 participants in the morning Assesment, and another 40 in the afternoon Assesment were waiting at reception as we were leaving. I was very disappointed with the lack of organisation and care taken towards this day, especially from a multi-billionaire company that operates in most of the world.
