Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez British Airways en mai 2016
Entretien
I had a three stage interview process:
To start off with I was taken into a room to do a role play- a passenger had missed their flight and they were not happy.
Then, a group discussion- it doesn’t matter what conclusion you come to as long as you’ve spoken up for yourself and worked together with others in your group (don’t talk over people but don’t be too quiet).
At this point we were split into two groups- those who were through to the interview and those that hadn’t made it.
I had my interview with two women who asked me:
Give an example of a time when you’ve had to deal with a angry customer and how you managed.
What safety procedures would I have to adhere to as a British’s Airways staff member.
What does it mean to work for BA.
Why do you want to work for BA.
(Take your time, even ask if you can have a few moments to think about the question. Do not rush.)

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.
