I went to my interview and i was the only asian women there, they first checked your height etc, then a team role play was taken place I contributed a lot and a one to one role play which once again i thought I did very well. It just shows British Airways just want the tall, blonde, white short skirt young females. I have a lot of customer service experience and I showed my best but I guess I did not meet their standards of looks. At the end two groups were made, the first group was full of the tall, white, blonde women with short skirts who got through and the other group which I was in did not make it through. Not very impressed with the assessors as all was white, shows what kind of company it is.

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.
