Full assessment day followed by sim assessment. It was a 4hr sim assessment flying in the UK with manual flight. Challenging and with a non technical situation to manage and resolve.

Very fun, went in and I was greeted with coffee and the interviewer was very friendly. I had the interviewer who was really easy to convince so that is how I got my job .
