Very well structured and scheduled interview process. I had a two HR phone interviews before being selected to be flown from a southern state to the Syracuse facility for an in person interview. Meetings were scheduled with five different people from different departments and buildings within the large campus. Wear comfortable shoes, there was a lot of walking between facilities. One of the five was a lunch interview at the on site dining facility and I thought it odd that I had to pay for my own meal. I was wearing a suit so while I did not have many personal belongings with me, it is a good thing I threw a few dollars in my pocket. Traditionally if you are invited to a meal interview, the interviewer pays. The interviewers had canned/scripted questions to ask and hand wrote my answers in their notes. I thought the entire process was done very well, and felt comfortable throughout. The people did seem focused on the interview and were not preoccupied.
