Fairly easy interview process. Upon phone screening, was called in for a face to face interview. Interview was with two people, fairly easy and standard interview process. I was given the offer in approximate 1 week.

Phone Interview was very productive. We talked about my experience, how much I would like to be paid, what were my objectives and why I would like to work in BMS. The Presencial Interview was very similar but it was more informal.
