I spoke to head of HR at a career fair in University for about 10 minutes, going over my resume and what I did at one of my past jobs. I honestly didn't know it was an interview, I thought we were just networking. She was really nice and seemed interested in what I did and the conversation went well. 3 days later, I got an offer. I was so surprised because I was expecting an interview. I learned that the recruiters really don't waste their time or yours - if they think you're qualified and competent, then you will get hired.
