First contact was made by HR after reviewing my online resume application. This was followed by another telephone interview. Clearing those hurdles I had two people interview me at the same time and followed by another phone interview I got offered the position.

Received an email to invite me to an interview for the position applied for. It was a virtual Interview with two scientists that were very friendly and asked behavioral style questions/about my technical experiences, quick process with hearing back within a couple days after the interview

Panel Interview via Zoom, consisted of mainly Behavioral Questions. technical side was mainly about research project or previous experiences and different basic molecular biology technique: qPCR, ELSIA, etc. Hiring manager part was much more relaxed.
